Welcome to Preservation Point RV Resort
Located just outside Inverness, Preservation Point is 230 acres of real Florida with mature oaks, cypress trees, a fishing lake, and large sites with plenty of room to spread out and stretch your legs. Pull in, plug in, and exhale. And welcome to your new home away from home.
Right in the Heart of Florida’s Nature Coast
Preservation Point sits just 12 miles west of I-75 on US-44 — a straight shot off the Wildwood exit with no backroads or guesswork involved. Once you’re through the gate, though, it feels about a world away from the highway. You’re surrounded by Lake Tsala Apopka, old-growth trees, and plenty of peace and quiet. Crystal River is a short drive west while Ocala is out to the east. Orlando and all its chaos (and fun!) is only an hour south if you’re looking for a bigger city day. Long story short, this location puts a lot of Florida within easy reach. We’d love to have you join us!

A lot of our guests come for a week and start asking about monthly rates. Rest assured, Preservation Point is set up for extended stays — big concrete pads, full hookups, fast WiFi, and kayak rentals to help you get out on the water. Bring your dog, bring your golf cart (or rent one onsite), and settle right in. Whether you’re a snowbird, a full-timer, or just someone who found a good thing and isn’t in a hurry to leave, there’s a spot here with your name on it.
