A Few Simple Rules for a Great Stay

We want every guest to feel safe, welcome, and comfortable. These rules help us maintain the high standards reflected in our 5.0-star Google rating and 23 five-star reviews. Thank you for doing your part.

General Rules

Speed limit is 10 MPH throughout the resort at all times.

All guests must register with the resort office upon arrival.

All vehicles must display a valid resort-issued pass.

Quiet hours are 10 PM to 8 AM daily. Lakeside Pavilion quiet hours are 11 PM to 8 AM unless a special event is scheduled.

Firearms and fireworks are prohibited on property.

No fires allowed at RV sites or anywhere on resort property except in designated areas.

Drones and surveillance devices are prohibited without written Management approval.

No guests are permitted to enter construction areas for any reason.

All fishing is catch and release only.

Swimming in natural bodies of water is prohibited unless expressly authorized.

Feeding wildlife is prohibited.

Parking is allowed only in designated areas. Illegally parked vehicles may be towed at the owner’s expense.

Disruptive behavior, excessive noise, or conduct deemed unsafe or offensive may result in immediate removal.

Children must be supervised at all times.

Additional Policies

Written approval is required for any site modifications or additions.

The resort reserves the right to refuse any RV that does not meet appearance, age, or safety standards.

All sewer connections must comply with Florida law.

Management has sole discretion to enforce all rules. Violations may result in removal without refund.

In an emergency, call 911 immediately.

Administrative fees, visitor fees, amenity fees, and other charges may apply as posted. All fees are subject to change without notice.

Early or late check-in/out may be permitted at management’s discretion, subject to posted fees.

Use of resort amenities is subject to posted rules and management discretion.

There is no lifeguard on duty at any pool, spa, or waterfront area. Use of these areas is entirely at your own risk.

Pool and spa use is subject to posted hours and rules. Glass containers, smoking, and unsafe behavior are prohibited.

The resort contains natural hazards including pools, lakefront, marshland, wildlife, and uneven terrain. Guests voluntarily assume all risks.

Wildlife including alligators and snakes are present on property.

All vendors must be approved by management and provide required licensing and insurance documentation.

These rules are governed by Florida law. Venue for disputes is in Citrus County, Florida.

Pet Policy

1

Pets are welcome subject to resort policy.

Proof of vaccination may be required.

3

Aggressive or uncontrolled pets are prohibited.

Cancellation policy

1

30+ days notice before cancellation: guest loses half of their deposit

2

Less than 30 days notice: guest loses the full deposit
