Preservation Point has an abundance of premiere amenities to offer our owners and guests! The luxurious 15,000 square foot Clubhouse will have a very distinctive rustic theme and will be architecturally designed for hosting special events and activities for the community by providing a pro shop and social areas for cards, dancing, wine & beer bar, catering kitchen, fitness center/spa, billiards, library, business center and laundry facility.

RV SITE PACKAGES

There will be approximately 1000 full service RV sites ranging in size from 35/40 ft. x 90, with standard options such as a concrete pad, hook ups for water, sewer, and electric(125 amp) and TV cable. Lot amenity packages for purchase for our long term renters may include options for outdoor kitchens, rock gardens, storage shed and gazebos.
