This beautiful property where our resort is located is one of the crown jewels of Florida’s Nature Coast. If you love the great outdoors then your outdoor recreational opportunities are endless at Preservation Point! We will be offering luxury RV lots for rent with a variety of locations, including premiere waterfront lots, premiere lots close to the clubhouse, pool and many other recreational activities, and exterior lots adjacent to natural hardwood hammocks and wetland vistas.

WHEN ARE WE OPENING?

Our anticipated opening will be in the Winter of 2025. Stay tuned and we will let you know of our opening date for phase one as soon as possible!

All lots include a concrete pad, all utility hookups and sodding. Lot amenity packages may be available for selection and purchase for those long term renters who wish to upgrade their lots. (i.e. landscaping, pavers, rock gardens, outdoor kitchens, storage sheds, gazebos, etc..)
